Webmaster

The webmastering duties of the Technical Committee are officially the Chair's responsibility but can be delegated to another person. The Webmaster is responsible for maintaining the Technical Committee's public home page. An HTML template has been created to facilitate the creation and maintenance of information pertaining to the work of the Technical Committee. This page should be updated each time any of the following occur:

• an announcement is made, such as an upcoming event, press release, or public review
• a new Subcommittee is established
• a new release of Technical Committee work product, such as a Committee Draft or other document
• a new location for Technical Committee work is introduced, such as a Wiki or Issues Tracking system
• a new mailing list is created, such as a -dev or -users list
• other information of interest
